Factoring
Obtaining a merchant limit step by step
How to apply for factoring?
If you work with GVOLT and want to take advantage of the factoring limit, below you will find a clear description of the entire process. We show you where we start, what decisions are needed and what documents appear at the end of the procedure.
- you can start the process after 3 paid transactions,
- to start, you can apply for a limit of up to PLN 50,000,
- the response from the insurer and financing institution usually appears up to 2 days at each stage.
The process is divided into 6 simple stages
We made sure that the procedure is clear from the customer's perspective as well. Each stage has a sequence, and moving on follows a positive decision on the previous step.
We verify that you can start the process
You can start the factoring application after you have completed and paid for at least 3 transactions. If this condition is met, we proceed to the formal verification path.
We submit the application to the insurer
Once the conditions are confirmed, we submit the application to the underwriter. This is the first stage of the evaluation, which allows us to proceed to the next procedure. A response usually arrives in up to 2 days.
After a positive decision, we refer the application to the financing institution
If the insurer's decision is positive, we forward the application to the financing institution. This stage confirms the possibility to launch financing under the agreed terms. The answer usually appears up to 2 days.
We forward the notice of assignment of claims
After obtaining positive decisions, we prepare and send documents for signature. You can sign the notice of assignment of receivables either electronically or by hand.
We determine the persons authorized to place orders
If necessary, we provide an additional document to identify the persons who can place orders on behalf of the company. If orders are placed only by the owner, this step is not required.
Once the paperwork is complete, you can use the limit
When the documents are complete and the procedure is finished, you can use the granted factoring limit according to the agreed terms.
What should you know before submitting an application?
We are committed to a smooth and collaborative process, so we show you the most important rules in advance. This makes it easier to plan the next steps and prepare the required documents.
