Terms of the promotion "Free shipping from 0 €" in photovoltaic wholesale G-VOLT

§1 General Provisions

These promotional conditions govern participation in the "Free Shipping from 0 €" promotion, organized by G-VOLT Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at 41-700 Ruda Śląska, Aleja Rodziny Gürtlerów 81, Poland. The promotion is valid in Poland, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.

§2 Promotion Period

The promotion is valid for orders placed independently via the Organizer's B2B platform between 24th October 2024 and 24th November 2024. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the promotion early without providing reasons.

§3 Participation Conditions

All customers who shop via the B2B platform of the photovoltaic wholesale G-VOLT during the promotion period are eligible to participate. Participation requires placing an order with a minimum order value of €0 gross.

§4 Promotion Rules

The Organizer offers free shipping for orders within Poland, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, and Slovakia as part of this promotion. The promotion is valid only for orders placed independently through the B2B platform between 24th October 2024 and 24th November 2024. Free shipping is granted regardless of the order value or size.

Each participant can ship a maximum of three orders for free during the promotion period. For additional orders beyond the limit, free shipping requests will be reviewed individually and require approval from the Organizer. The promotion covers all shipping methods offered on the B2B platform.

§5 Exclusions and Limitations

This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless expressly stated. The promotion does not apply to deliveries outside of Poland, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Orders with atypical dimensions or those requiring special shipping conditions are excluded from the promotion. The Organizer reserves the right to deny free shipping if circumstances arise that make delivery impossible.

§6 Limitation of Liability

The Organizer is not liable for delivery delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond its control, such as force majeure, logistical issues, or actions of third parties. The Organizer is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of goods by Participants.

§7 Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other extraordinary events, the Organizer reserves the right to limit or suspend the promotion. The Organizer is not liable for non-performance or improper performance due to force majeure.

§8 Amendment of Promotional Conditions

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these promotional conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Organizer's website, and Participants will be notified via corresponding notices on the site.

§9 Data Protection

The data controller for processing Participants' personal data is G-VOLT Sp. z o.o., located at 41-700 Ruda Śląska, Aleja Rodziny Gürtlerów 81, Poland. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of conducting the promotion in accordance with GDPR. Participants have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of their data.

§10 Severability Clause

If any provision of these promotional conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The Organizer will replace invalid provisions with legally permissible ones that closely match the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

§11 Final Provisions

These promotional conditions are available on the Organizer's website and at the company's registered office. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms. All matters not regulated by these terms are governed by Polish law.
